The SS 904l stainless steel plate is a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel grade. A 904l Stainless Steel Sheet is designed with a superior chemical composition of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and other alloys. The versatile 904l Sheet is a thin metal grade designed with superior resistance to corrosive and oxidative media. The DIN 1.4539 Flat Sheet has good tolerance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. They also have good resistance to pitting in harsh environments. The 904L SS Rolling Sheets are designed in sizes between 0.5mm to 6mm. The robust sheets are utilized in applications that don’t require higher strength and stability like the 904l Stainless Steel Plate.

The versatile 904L stainless steel sheet has a smooth surface finish and tolerances. These sheets are designed with excellent mechanical properties. The 904L Stainless Rolling Plate has a minimum yield strength of 220mpa with a minimum tensile strength of 490mpa. The robust ASTM A240 UNS N08904 Strips can be elongated by 36% in the system. However, the strips have a hardness between 70-90 Rockwell B. The Stainless Steel 904L Coil can be easily welded and processed following shop fabrication procedures.
